Sympton: Fingerprint sensor does not work and it requires another authentication methods such as PIN or account password. It fails to log in.

Solution: Need to stop Windows Biometric Service and it could have dependency with HP SimplePass service. Solution:

1. Uninstall HP SimplePass software
2. Stop Windows Biometric Service in services.msc
3. Delete all fingerprint data in %WINDIR%\system32\WinBioDatabase. Number of fingerprint data is as many as you had registered.
